Flow classes encompass sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by conscious breath. The session becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, flexibility and fluidity in body and mind.
Moving from posture to posture with repetition and building to an strong arc, you can expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions.
